Wooden Wick Candles

Care Instructions

  • Trim wick to 1/8" to 3/16" before burning. If the wick is too long or too short the candle will burn improperly

  • Wooden Wick Candles require a full melt pool to burn properly. To prevent tunneling, please allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the jar to ensure a proper burn. This will take up to 1- 2.5 hours per use.

  • DO NOT burn candle for more than 4-5 hours per use

  • Burn candle within sight at all times

  •  Never Leave Unattended

  • Keep away from drafts, fans, vents, open windows, hot surfaces and flammable surfaces

  • Keep away from children, pets, or near anything that can catch fire

  • Discontinue use when 1/4" of candle wax remains in jar

Scented Wax Melts

Care Instructions

  • Store your wax melts in its container, in a cool, dry place. Your wax melts should be stored away from direct light, artificial and natural, to ensure color does not fade.

  • The size of your room matters in regards to the strength of the scent throw. A larger room will require more wax melts for a strong scent throw. Our wax melts produce a great scent throw within the first 15 - 20 minutes of melting. To ensure a great scent throw, allow your wax melts to completely melt. Be sure to melt wax in a well-ventilated area.

  • Do not add too many wax melts to your warmers. This may cause hazardous spills. Know the limits of your warmer before use of wax melts.

  • Remove all packaging before melting your wax, this includes removing wax crumbles from containers as well.

  • Use UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts only. We suggest using electric candle warmers that are compatible with our proprietary wax blend to get the maximized use of our scented wax melts. Be sure to read and follow all instructions for your warmer before first use.

  • Do not melt wax on stove or in a non-approved appliance.

  • Never leave melted wax unattended around children or pets.

  • Be sure to clear the wax surface of any dust or debris before your next melt.

  • Always cover wax after it is completely cooled. This will prevent any dust or debris from collecting on the wax's surface and causing a fire hazard. This will also ensure a great scent throw with each melt and extend the life of your wax melts.

  • Discontinue use when wax no longer produces a scent. Melting the wax beyond this point is a fire hazard.

  • Please be sure to properly dispose of wax. Do not pour down drains or in toilet. Be careful as the wax will be hot. Allow to completely cool before disposing.

  • Do NOT eat ~ Wax melts are not edible.

  • Handle with caution ~ Candle Jars and Wax Burners are HOT.

Instructions on How to Discard Previously Used Wax

  • Place a few cotton balls into your warmer to absorb melted wax. Dispose wax-soaked cotton balls immediately. Remember, use caution while removing cotton balls as the wax may still be hot and watch for dripping wax. Also, you can use a paper towel folded into a small square placed into warmer to absorb and discard wax.

  • Again, please use caution while removing and discarding wax
