WHAT IS THE PROCESS TIME ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS?

Process times can vary based on demand. Personalized items can take up to 7-10 days to process. This does not include shipping

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At this time, all sales will be consider final.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping rates will vary. Shipping will be based upon weight, geographical location, and calculated based on the  rates, therefore flat shipping rates are not offered.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your package is shipped we will send you a tracking number via email.  Due to high volume in shipping, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping companies "Fedex, USPS,  UPS, etc." Please accept our sincere apologies.
