We understand that things happen, and we want to make it easy for you to take advantage of the amazing classes at Aromatic Moments™. That's why we offer a 3-day (72 hours) cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your spot, please do so within this time frame, or move to another class session. If you're unable to move to another class, we'll refund 60% of your class fee.

 

Please note that this is only available within 72 hours of the class time. If less than 72 hours, no refund will be issued. We need enough time to rebook your spot(s) with someone else in order to keep our workshops running smoothly and efficiently. We are not able to accommodate last minute requests, so please plan ahead!

 

If you miss a workshop session or arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate you and it will be considered a 'no-show'. No-shows forfeits your ticket and will not be rescheduled nor refunded.

 

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Private Event Cancellation Policy

 

We know you're excited about your event, and we are too! However, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our Private Event Cancellation Policy before booking.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot provide refunds for deposits or travel fees for private and mobile events. However, if you provide us notice at least 7 days before your event, we will refund you 60% of your ticket amount. Private events take a bit of preparation and if they are cancelled without enough prior notice, we may be unable to fill up classes or book another event that day.  We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we want to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you. At the same time, we kindly ask that you give us sufficient notice when cancelling your event, to ensure that we have every opportunity to make alternate arrangements and avoid any unnecessary cancellation fees—so please make sure you prepare and give yourself enough time when booking an event with us.
